Ingredients

oz
unsweetened baking chocolate
100% cacao
2
cups
full-fat unsweetened coconut milk
3
large eggs
beaten
1
tsp
ground cinnamon
1
tsp
ground nutmeg
1
tsp
pure vanilla extract
3
TBSP
honey
1
tsp
rose water
(optional: I didn’t have this on hand so left it out)
whipped cream for topping
(optional)
Instructions
Heat 2 cups water in the bottom of a
double boiler
over medium heat.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Gradually add the coconut milk and eggs to the melted chocolate, stirring continuously with a whisk, still over medium heat.
Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and rose water, if using, to the chocolate and stir continuously until it is thick, about 10-15 minutes.
Pour the chocolate mixture into 4 (6-oz)
ramekins
and refrigerate until set, about two hours.
Top with whipped cream, if using, and serve!
