Ingredients

pound
of Scallops
thawed
1/2
cup
Almond or Cashew flour
2
TBSP
Grass-Fed Butter
melted
1/2
cup
Fresh Parmesan Cheese
1/2
teaspoon
dried Oregano
1/2
teaspoon
dried Thyme
1/2
teaspoon
Onion Powder
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
chili powder
1/2
teaspoon
Himalayan or Sea Salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Place the scallops into an 8 x 8 baking dish
Pour the butter over the scallops, being sure to completely cover them.
Grate the cheese.
In a bowl, place the cheese, flour, spices, salt, garlic and onion powder and thoroughly mix.
Pour this over the scallops.
Mix everything up.
Cook for 25 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
