Ingredients

salmon filet

tsp
dried dill
olive oil
salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
Pat the salmon dry, then rub with oil, salt & pepper.
Sprinkle with dill.
Place the salmon on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
Roast for 5-7 minutes per 1/2 inch of thickness, until easily flaked.
