As I scrolled through Facebook the other day, I saw this "copy and paste" status a few times. I'm always wary of messages like this, regardless of whether I'm initially in agreement with them or not. So I decided to take each item, line-by-line, to determine its accuracy. If you've seen this post going around Facebook, feel free to post my response to help clarify things. Please note that just because I'm clarifying these "accusations" of Trump, doesn't mean that I support him blindly. I just ... continue reading...
Simple Flounder Skillet Recipe (Paleo, Whole30)
Simple Flounder Skillet I'm pretty new to flounder. I was looking for a new fish to try, and our local grocery store had it in stock, so I decided to give it a go. And then there's a third group of people who feel its important to wait and see what the film actually presents before making any judgments. I ... continue reading...

This Paleo corned beef is so full of flavor. I ended up cooking this meal for about five hours the day before we were going to eat it. The next day, I just reheated on the oven on low, and it was probably the ... continue reading...
